[ic] mysql error

I had my root admin install the DBD & DBI modules sucessfully.  I had my
root admin create the sql database.  I can connect to the database fine via
the command prompt using the "mysql -u root store" command so I know its
there.  I've set my catalog.cfg & variable.txt files according for mysql.
But whenever I stop & restart ic, I get the following messages.  Does
anybody have any ideas?
