[ic] Paypal E-Gold Payment Options

I am a beginner at Interchange.

There are two payment options I do not see on the Payments Options 
administration page that I need to have, these are PayPal and E-Gold. 
Can these be added and if so, how easily?

I need to set up a subscription management with automatically recurring 
monthly charging, subscriber password management, and lost password 
recovery. Is this something easily done with Interchange?
