[ic] problems setting up interchange-4.8.6-1.i386.rpm

 The makecat script produced the following 2 errors:

> ln: creating sym link 'var/lib/interchange/drugs2/templates/default' to

> and:

> run "sh /var/lib/interchange/drugs2/config/installsample"y
> sample data directory does not exist:
> /var/lib/interchange/drugs/templates/sampledata/tools

just prior to these error messages, makecat created the "drugs2" database in
MySQL.
Make sure that the username and password used has the required permissions
in MySQL.

this would also explain the undefined catalog error.
makecat sets up the information and creates the database, but the tables and
sample data are not created until you run the:
su -c "/usr/lib/interchange/bin/interchange -r" username

(replace username with the correct one you set while running makecat)
