[ic] UserDatabase ???

Hello all.

I was just poking around the archives and came across these:

UserDB
UserDB_repository
UserDatabase

These were part of a large list in this post:

UserDB and UserDatabase are also found in Config.pm.

I'm just curious as to what they do.  I'm asking here because I didn't see
anything in the docs about them.
