It depends on what you want to do
If you use CVS just remember that they are NOT officialy released yet, 
and may/maynot work.   However, If you do use CVS and it does work, then 
you get all the lastest goodies... ;-)

My suggestion is that unless you know that there is something ( a fix or 
an update) that you absolutley need in CVS, use the 4.8.6 official 
release version.  It's very nice.
