Hi Andrew,

It looks like an old version of this component got included in 4.9.3.  The 
included version didn't work quite right, even in 4.8.x.

A newer version of the component is available at:
http://www.axion-it.net/download/category_vert_toggle

This version requires a couple of minor changes to the bar_link subroutine 
(found in /usr/local/interchange/catalog_before.cfg) and the history_scan 
usertag.

The patch below will make the appropriate changes in the 4.9.3 layout.

Copy this patch into your main interchange directory (ie 
/usr/local/interchange) and then run:
patch -p1 < vert_toggle.4.9.3.patch

Or you can read the patch file and make the changes manually.

I just started working with 4.9.x a couple of weeks ago, so I haven't done 
extensive testing with this component on this interchange version yet.

Please let me know if you find any problems.
