Once again I'm very, very, confused.

Exactly how does one send a soap request to an interchange server?

I'm working on an application which hopefully will integrate nicely into my
clients shipping system. I was hoping to write something quick in delphi or
vb, but I can't seem to get a handle on exactly what I should be setting the
proxy and the uri to in the soap request.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
