[ic] Disabling Credit Card Verification on non auth/charge Transactions

Does anyone know how to prevent interchange from verifying the credit card
number when you are not doing an auth or a charge? I need to do voids and
refunds, but I keep getting an error about interchange not being able to
verify the credit card number.
