[ic] getting to the 404 special_page

Is there a way to force a URL to go to the special_page (missing.html) that
comes up in the case of a 404 error?

I have an ActionMap set up, and if the URL after the ActionMap "key" doesn't
fall under certain criteria I want to have that URL considered invalid and
thus forward to the missing page.  Is this possible?
