[ic] euro missing in email report

Hi,

I am using etc/mail_receipt and etc/report from foundationstore 4.7.
I have a problem with the eurosign (€).
The emails coming from mail_receipt (confirmation to customer) display €.
Emails coming from report (confirmation to shop owner) do not display the
eurosign ?

Any ideas? Thanks for all help!
