[ic] shipping and credit card options in foundation demo store

Hello,

I've deselected all credit card options because I would like to not
accept credit cards.  However, in the checkout.html, there's the Credit
Card info section at the bottom still though the options are gone.  How
do I make that go away?  I don't want to take it completely out of
checkout.html because I may want credit card acceptance in the future.
I see that it checks for payment_method ... where is that set and how do
I nullify?

Also, I have all the default shipping methods but the dropdown in
checkout.html shows nothing.  Did I manage to mess that one up?
