[ic] IC/Perl/SOAP Lite 0.50

Trying to get IC 4.8.3, Perl 5.6.0 (RH 7.2), and SOAP Lite
0.50 running.

perl -MSOAP::Lite -e print "$SOAP::Lite::VERSION\n"
... returns 0.50
Also, I tried SOAP Lite 0.55's RPM, it ends up in 5.6.1 ! !

I get the error below (even though
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/SOAP/Lite.pm
exists! )
