[ic] TrustCommerce Wizard patches
The following file includes the TrustCommerce payment module and also
some patches to Interchange to add TrustCommerce support to the
Interchange configuration wizard:

The README file includes instructions on getting this all working with
Interchange 4.8, and I'm submitting this here in the hopes that the new
Wizard code will get included in Interchange 4.9. Feedback appreciated.
