[ic] setting up store using dns

(newbie to exchange)

I need to duplicate an existing store, which was built in miva then 
point dns to the new store front, but I have to have dns for the store 
to build it .
I've set up a temp domain with dns info to build the store, but I don't 
know where  to change default directory info to make the store work on 
the new domain.

any suggestions?
