[ic] tax_name

We are currently using a combined GST/PST tax amount, since there seems 
to be no option to display/calculate two tax_name fields. Even when 
there are two tax rates defined for the same province, IC uses only the 
first one. How/where would I add 'tax_name2' or something, so we can 
show GST and PST separately?
