[ic] Lost display of "admin" hypertext link?

Dear IC Wizards,
I love computers... like I like poking my eye out with a stick!!!  :-) 

Here's my predicament.  The Hypertext link to admin has disappeared.  Could 
"I" have made it go away?  It's possible, though I don't recall how I could 
have done this.   I try not to shoot myself in the foot because it causes 
pain... however, stuff happens, apparently.   

I did take time to go the demo on interchange.redhat.com and view the source. 
 Sure enough, the system generates an <a href=".... > to the admin page-- it 
looks like this <a href="http://demo.interchange.redhat.com/cgi-bin/
ic3/admin/index.html?id=bVsaZx2b">Admin</a></p>

But where did mine go, and how do I get it back?
