[ic] missing fields in email

(going to try asking question again)

We use IC 4.8.1 and sometime an order (email) is sent missing a
creditcard #.  This creditcard is being encrypted by a small Java
program and return the result to stdout.  This happens once in the
frequent of every 4-5 orders.  This is the error message in error.log:
