[ic] Interchange setup - Postgres

When starting up interchange, PostgreSQL gives the following messages
after each CREATE TABLE command is executed:

table 'xxxxxx' failed: DBD::Pg::db table_info failed: ERROR  No such
attribute or function 'objsubid' at
/.../interchange/lib/Vend/Table.DBI.pm line 493

This is a recent PostgreSQL 7.1 install which seems to work fine for
another app.

Any ideas where to look?  Please respond directly to
