[ic] IC 4.8.4 and OSX 10.14

Hi list,

I was glad to have IC 4.8.3 running with OS X.
An I hoped the upgrade should be no problem for me but this is
the result when I tried to start IC:

[localhost:local/interchange/bin] gv% interchange -r
The Interchange server was not running
(/usr/local/interchange/etc/interchange.pid).
Low traffic settings.

..leave he room in 5 seconds your Mac will be destroyed

( The last line came up in my mind but the rest is reality.)
