One more thing...

when I run:

/usr/lib/interchange/bin/interchange -r

I get:

failed: ERROR: Relation 'month' does not exist at
/usr/lib/interchange/lib/Vend/Table/DBI.pm line 1321.

table 'coordinator' failed: DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR: Relation
'coordinator' does not exist at /usr/lib/interchange/lib/Vend/Table/DBI.pm
line 1321.

These are two tables I created and the seem to work when called on, so why
the error message.
