[ic] usertag directory on hosted server

My webhost provides Interchange but does not support it. He has a policy
of charging people for ic support and so far he has been very lenient
with me because I am his most ardent ic user and he learns a lot from
me.

Since I am just starting to develop my usertag it is feasible that I
will make 30 or 40 edit/test cycles on it. It is not practical to send
him several emails an hour asking him to update my usertag.

So, where can I put my usertag so that it is available to only my
catalog and accessable from my home directory?
