[ic] Modular Options

Hello,

I am a newbie at Interchange so please forgive me if my questions are 
lame. I have been reading about modular options on the redhat site, 
through the email archives, and on other Interchange support sites. Some 
people have said that the modular options feature does not work. Others 
say they have made it work. Can someone provide some insight into 
developing this feature and what walls have you hit?
