[ic] small 'time' question

I assume you start Interchange from some form of /etc/init.d/interchange
startup script. If so, add a line that says "TZ=CST", or whatever,
in there. I believe the both of the following are correct TZ setting
for Texas, USA:
TZ=America/Chicago
export TZ
or:
TZ=CST6CDT
export TZ
Something is wrong with your OS setup if this isn't happening
automatically. The above is a workaround.
