i installed 4.8.3 on one of my hosts, and it works as far as placing the

order and getting a confirmation screen,
when I install the same stuff on a different host, same linux 
distribution, it is not showing up
confirmation screen, just reloading the order form, but the order goes 
in, anyone know why this is so ?
