[ic] Has anyone built IC 4.8.X on Superb.net?

Hi All, et al., I have been trying since 4.8.1 first came out to build IC on Superb.net (server provider).  I have a virtual account.  Right now the 
errors I am getting are pod2man where the error is stated like this example " bad option in paragraph X of Pod/ ICconfig.pod ''j'' should be 
[CB]<-j> "  (that is just one of the many pod2man errors.  There are no other fatal errors.  All the rest of the build goes through, without errors 
or missing modules.
  Is there anything I need to ask Superb.net to ugrade/install?  Is there anything I can hand carve to make the build?  The interchange 
directory is built, and most files are init.  except for the etc directory which is empty (except for empty file).
  Any help is appreciated.
