[ic] HELP !! Problem with "[history-scan%20exclude=nothing]"

Try changing the line to look like this:

    [bounce href="[history-scan exclude='^/nothing|^/process']"]

That will find your scan page if it is next in the history.
It will also skip the process.html, which is probably what's
causing the 'page not found' error you reported.
