[ic] How to implement gift wrap option?

Ok, this is a good start.  That works, but of course, not completely.

First off, the selected option Yes or No is not "remembered" when I go back 
and look at the item from the cart.  Also, I want to charge 50 cents for the 
wrap.  So I tried something like this straight from the documentation:

[accessories type=radio
           table=products
           code=[item-code]
           price=1
           price_data="yes=0.50, no=0"
           passed="yes=Yes, no=No*" ]

The "Yes ($0.50)" shows up but the price is not affected in the cart.

So, what do I have to do to make this actual a "real" option in that it is 
remembered, appears in the cart, and it affects the item's price?  Pretty 
please?  Thanks!
