Are you running IC 4.8.3? Is the store experiencing the problem running
in rpc mode? Is it the PGP that is failing with an error like "PGP
failed with status: 3072"? Does the actual sending of the email fail as
well with an error like "cannot send mail using /usr/sbin/sendmail"?
