[ic] Hosting Reliability

Hi all,

I don't want to scare away customers with an unreliable store. Is this 
behavior common, or is it just my host?
I'm on a virtual server, ic 4.8.3

My store loads with just the message:
Undefined catalog: /~excorpor/cgi-bin/cart.cgi
This has happened a number of times, and I have done nothing to cause 
it. Each time, I notify my host, who apologizes and restarts the store 
for me.
