[ic] Email to visitor to show "special" price.

Hi guys and gals,

New to the list and maybe this question has already been answered. If so,
please direct me to the proper archive.

Customer sells a product called "ABCD". The manufacture has stipulated 
that *only* their suggested retail price may be displayed for this product.

The vendor actually sells the product at a 20% discount and is unable to
display the "sale" price.

Question: How do you set up a button that allows the vendor to send to
the visitor an email telling the visitor the actual price they sell it for.

The button could say something like, "Click here for our special price".
Anyway, I'm sure you get the idea.
