[ic] payment preferences ?

Hello,

I am nearly ready to launch my first cart, and was wondering if the list has
an opinion on what the best "Payment Gateway" might be?
(cybercash, authorize.net...)

Do they all function with Interchange equally, or are there known issues
with any?
