[ic] Narrow Search Dynamically
Hi everyone,
I have a situation where I need to narrow the search results by letting the
user select a criteria and a value from drop down list boxes. These boxes
reside in the results page, so when the user submits the form, they will be
able to search not only on Category by some other user defined field (also
in the products table) as well.
(ie "SELECT FROM products WHERE category='tools' AND color='black')
Seems like it should be easy enough, however I don't understand the scan
capabilities well enough to get it working.
Has anyone done this before??
