[ic] Putting a "+" in front of an option differential?

Is there a way to have an item's options display a "+" in front of its 
differential?  This way it is more clear the option costs an additional $5 
or whatever.   Right now it just displays ($5.00) and I want (+$5.00).

Putting "BIGGIESIZE=+5.00" as its differential value doesn't work.  The "+" 
just gets stripped.  Of course, a negative differential puts the minus sign.
