[ic] Help with IC setup - MailOrderTo

Hi, I've made a brand new installation of interchange 4.8.3, make a 
new catalog, called ctg01.
all goes without error.
when I run ./bin/restart ... interchange say to me:
Interchange V4.8.3
Configuring catalog ctg01...ctg01 config error: Please specify the 
MailOrderTo directive in the configuration file ''

in the file catalogs/ctg01/products/variable.txt I have the right 
value:
ORDERS_TO       interch@libero.it    Order
How I can resolve this?
