[ic] Change Discounting in Another Session

I want to change discounting values for a specified session, instead of
the current user session.
Maybe something like this:

[discount mv_session_id=xxxxxxx ALL_ITEMS]$s * 0.8[/discount]

Can that be implemented? 
Any help is much appreciated! :)
