This question comes up periodically on the list, and usually people feel 
that answering in enough detail to be useful would violate the list 
charter. Mike used to have a minivend-consultants mailing list, and in 
that vein I've started a new list called interchange-biz, where anyone can 
feel free to offer their hosting or consulting services, and others can 
ask for professional assistance with Interchange issues. Here's the

At some point it would be nice to have a central website where people 
could post things like this, but I don't have time to do it, so in the 
meantime at least we can direct questions to this list where they're 
appropriate.

(It wouldn't be out of line for those who mentioned their services to 
re-post them to this new list, so that the archives will have the 
information all in one place.)
