[ic] Item options data

Interchange v4.8.3

I am having trouble with the Item Options data being lost after checkout,
when using either a textbox or textarea widget.  If I use a select or radio
group, then the values/option values get written to the orderline table.
However, when I use a text widget, any data entered into the field(s) is not
written to the ordreline table(and thus is not displayed in the receipt.html
or in the mail_receipt), instead the textbox name (eg. "txt1") is written to
the orderline table.
Any suggestions would be greratly appreciated!
