[ic] Static catalog pages and interchange 4.8

Hi everyone,

I am building a new catalog using interchange 4.8 but i would like to be
able to save the fly pages into my static html folder. If i'm not mistaken,
the 4.8 version does not support the build option anymore and I have set all
the necessary static flags in the catalog config file and restart/rebuild
the catalog, however, no static pages.
Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.
