I downloaded my inventory.txt to import it to Excel, edit, and upload,
but I 
noticed a bunch of strange SKUs in there.  They are like so:

os28004
os28005
os28006
os28007
os28008
os28009
os28011
os28044
os28057a
os28057b
os28057c

with inventories between 40 and 100.  My normal SKUs look like this:

po-1
ca-4
in-20

Any idea where these could have came from?

These are products that install with the foundation tools installation.
You can delete them... unless you plan on selling those tools from your
catalog :)
