AbleCommerce is a great company (their HQ is down the street from my 
office), but they fit in the closed-source $3,000 category.  Perhaps you 
were referring to AllCommerce:  http://allcommerce.sourceforge.net/

Incidentally, neither product fits the bill for me like IC.
