[ic] Payment module for Datacash

For anyone who is interested in setting up Interchange in the UK, I have
written a payment module for the DataCash payment Gateway.

The module is based on the iTransact.pm module and seems to work fine
when connecting to their test server. With a little tweeking, I'm sure
this could be offered as one of the standard payment options offered by
the configuration "Wizard".

If anyone would like to use this module, please drop me an email and I
