[ic] Cookies not persistent

In Opera, if you set the persistent cookie setting to "prompt" then
it will show you the cookie contents, including the expiry date etc.

I never use cookies for anything other than to temporarily store the
session ID, so I don't really have the experience to help with your
problem.
