[ic] Connection to postgres fails after upgrading older Perl to 5.6.1

Damn.. I can't for the moment upgrade postgres, because my production server
runs the older version, and upgrading that trouble free will take too much
time..

Rebuilding the DBD::Pg did by the way not help at all... Do you have any
other hints?
