[ic] Payment Modules

I have looked everywhere to find where the payment modules are for
Interchange 4.8 but I cannot find them.  Can someone please tell me where
they are as I need to add some new ones to it.

I have also tried turning off the credit card function as I dont have the
abality to process these as yet.  I turn them off and them apply changes and
they then display as on again.  Any ideas would be appreciated.
