uh oh.. you broke it!

Item-specific meta settings should be:

Table:column: variable::Variable::CREDIT_CARDS_ACCEPTED
Widget type: Checkbox
Options: (this is your list of value=Name, options)
Filters: null_to_space

The times I have managed to break this setting, I put the options on
multiple lines.
