[ic] Help on PGP failed with status 131072

Hi All,

I have been trying to install Paymentgateway module using Verisign since 

3days. I had downloaded the payflowpro SDK for linux and installed.
 
I have configured my interchange.cfg by putting a line it like this

"Require module Vend::Payment::Signio"

And in catalog.cfg 

"Route  signio        id             <userid>
 Route  signio        secret       <passwd> 
 Route  signio        partner      <partner> 
 Route  signio        vendor       <vendor>
 Route  signio        host         "test-payflow.verisign.com"

 Variable  MV_PAYMENT_ID               userid&VENDOR=userid&PARTNER=VeriSign
 Variable  MV_PAYMENT_SECRET               <passwd>
 Variable  MV_PAYMENT_SERVER        test-payflow.verisign.com
 Variable  MV_PAYMENT_MODE                     signio"

When I try to perform a test transcation it gives this error

 "There were errors in your last submission:

 (signio): Charge failed, reason: Charge error: 1 Reason: User authentication 
 failed. Please call in your order or try again. "

And I check the error.log file in that particular $CATROOT/store

it shows the following

 "PGP failed with status 131072:"

Can anyone tell me where I went WRONG,
 
It will be GR8 if anyone helps me.
