[ic] ssl problems

Hi List
if I start apache without ssl like   "apachectl  start"  and I call my page
www.weronet.html it work's
if I start apache with ssl  like "apachectl startssl" and I call my page the
client try to load the page down ?´In the logfile
I see a "GET /   HTTP/1.1." 304
I check both  httpd.conf  to have the same directive except the ssl.
has any of you the same problem ?
