[ic] Verisign / payflo / signio - How to ?

Ok so I have been reading the archives and there are a ton of post on how to get
this working. Is there a how to documnent as I still can't get it to work but am
able to get payflo to issue a test transaction from the command line and the
transaction shows up in the verisign account manager. I also don't see nuffin in
the logs even thought they are enabled. The cart seems to work fine, using the
foundation store with out SSL.
