You can leave the demo store where it is and use the following line to
redirect the index.html page to your interchange index page:

Redirect /index.html /(path to your cgi-bin)/foundation/index.html

Place this command in the .htaccess file in your public html directory.

the ic demo store has a url of /cgi-bin/foundation/index.html can this url

changed to just index.html? or perhaps /store/index.html instead of using
the 
/cgi-bin/ folder?
