[ic] echo-inc gateway

I just received a login for the echo-inc.com trial account for online 
credit card transcactions. I am wondering if anyone has had previous 
experience using the echo gateway with interchange, and if someone could 
point me in the right direction for what to do next. The  echo-inc 
(openecho) documentation is very poor. I downloaded a sample script, 
which uses a perl package named Echo::CCandCheck, but I have been unable 
to find this package.
